Click the sparkle button on your board, describe what you need in plain language, and AI generates a structured ticket with a title, Markdown description, checklist, and type (feature, bug, or release). Choose the output language before generating.
Drop an .eml file onto any board column and AI parses the email headers and body, detects the language, and creates a ticket with a title, description, and actionable checklist items. Attachments from the email are included automatically.
Need a ticket in another language? Click "Translate" in the ticket sidebar, pick a target language, and the title and description are translated in place. Supports 19 languages including Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, and more.
On your dashboard, click "AI Standup Summary" to generate a concise summary of yesterday's work. The AI reads your activity logs and time entries across all AI-enabled projects and produces bullet points you can copy to Slack or Teams.
All AI processing runs on a local model hosted on the Todo4you server. Your ticket content, emails, and activity data are never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any other external AI provider. Your data stays within the same infrastructure.
Write a few sentences about what you need. AI turns it into a ready-to-use ticket.

The original .eml file and any embedded attachments are automatically attached to the new ticket. Your team sees the full context.
The system detects the language of the email body and instructs the AI to generate the ticket in the same language.
The translate tool appears as an inline panel in the ticket sidebar - no separate windows, no context switching.
Click "Translate" in the AI Tools section, pick a target language from the dropdown, and the title and description are translated in place. The original Markdown formatting is preserved. Supports 19 languages.

Pick the language for your standup summary. The AI generates bullet points grouped by project, with a time summary if you tracked time yesterday.
The result is Markdown-formatted text with a "Copy to clipboard" button. Paste it into Slack, Teams, email, or your standup meeting notes.
