Why teams move from Shortcut to Todo4you

Todo4you keeps the parts of project management that matter - a fast real-time kanban board, built-in time tracking, AI ticket creation, and native Git integrations - without the per-seat add-ons. The Shortcut importer brings your existing work across so your team can pick up where it left off, with one flat price and EU hosting by default.

Most teams move from Shortcut to Todo4you in a few minutes. You export a CSV file, upload it, map your statuses, and confirm - projects of a few thousand items import in under a minute.
