How to import from Zendesk

In Zendesk, open the view that contains the tickets you want to export.

Click the export icon at the top-right of the view and choose CSV.

Zendesk will email you a download link once the CSV file is ready.

In Todo4you, go to your project's Settings > Data > Zendesk and upload the CSV file.

Review the status mapping, adjust if needed, and click Confirm import.

Tip: Zendesk ticket types Problem and Incident are imported as bugs. Questions and Tasks become feature tickets.
